Cancel my pending withdrawal

I request for a payout of $1.05 some time ago and now it falls into the pending withdrawal. When I want to submit the withdrawal again, the system says the minimum payout is $2.00. How can I cancel the pending withdrawal and get back the $1.05 ?

How do i cancel my withdrawal and will i get the full amount including the 3% +.6 dollars cut back?
